I have seen Boom poles that hook up to 3 point hitches. The ones Ihave seen have a hook at the end but the range of motion is only the 3 point range. If you have a Quality farm and Fleet or a Tractor Supply store, look in their catalogs. ....

Try:http://www.agri-supply.com/catmain/2000006.htmhttp://www.ssbtractor.com/page21.html#boompole(Of course, if you aren't right next door, the freight onfarm implements can be considerable...)Some have suggested using the boom from a post hole digger -some even have a hook on them which appears to be for this purpose. I have a medium duty boom that I have attached to my Yanmar 155D-unfortunately, the mechanical disadvantage of a weight out on theend of a boom means that the limited capacity of the 155, the 3-pointwon't lift very much. I was rather disappointed in its capacity, but it is a rather small tractor. I got mine from an auction yard that also sells various no-namefarm implements at considerably less than regular dealers. If there is an auction yard in your area that specializes in farmequipment, you might check with them. ....
